Can I download my statement transactions in this QB?

Greetings, Leslie. You can connect your bank account if you mean to download your transactions to QuickBooks Online. This process will allow it to be downloaded automatically into the program.

The number of transactions you can retrieve depends on your financial institution. Some institutions will let you download at least 30 to 90 days of transactions, while others can provide up to a year's worth.

Here's how to connect your bank:

  1. Head over to the Transactions menu. Select Bank Transactions .
  2. Click Link Account .
  3. Enter the URL or name of your bank in the Search field. Choose your financial institution.
  4. If you can't find your bank, you can manually upload it. However, you'll need to request first a CSV file of your bank statement from your financial institution.
  5. In the Login and Password fields, sign in. Continue .
  6. Press the account you want to connect, including the date to pull transactions from the dropdown ▼. Then, select Next .
  7. On the Account type dropdown, pick your account type. Hit Next .

Refer to this article for additional guidance and information: Connect bank and credit card accounts.

On the other hand, if you've already connected your bank account to QuickBooks online banking and you're referring to your bank statements, you can download them within the program. Here's the list of supported banks that support this functionality.

To proceed with printing your bank statements, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Transactions menu in the left navigation panel, then select Reconcile .
  2. From the Account dropdown, choose the preferred bank account.
  3. If you see the View Statements option, you can get your bank statements directly from your bank for this account.
  4. Hit View statements to get the available information.

If the View Statements option did not appear, I recommend contacting your financial institution to obtain a copy of your bank statement.
